At Designworks we recognise that the environment is vitally important and it’s our responsibility to manage our environmental impacts carefully.
We worked with Tim Maiden at Green Small Business and put in place an environmental policy and action plan for the business. An environmental policy was already in place, so this was a straightforward process. The action plan was a useful exercise and provided us with ideas on how to further reduce our environmental impact.
Designworks is now certified by Green Small Business. The certification is a small business alternative to ISO 14001 which is the international standard for environmental management systems. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods.
