How we work and our processes vary depending on the type of project. For example the approach to branding is different to how we would deliver an ecommerce website. Therefore, we’ve kept the method, listed below, as simple as possible.
When you first contact us we’ll spend time to get to know what you’re looking for and then advise you on the best way forward. We understand that clients want to be careful about what they spend and whether their outlay is a good return on investment.
After an initial meeting or conversation, we’ll provide an estimate and, unless the brief changes, we’ll charge you no more than we’ve estimated.
After we’ve agreed the brief and the cost of a project we’ll set to work and provide you with initial designs or proposals. Clients often have an idea or approach they want to explore but occasionally they just want to leave the thinking to us. You can have as much, or as little, involvement in the design or development process as you want.
Going from a blank page or screen to an identity or website does take time but we’re also used to tight deadlines. We’ll discuss deadlines and time frames at the start of a project. Generally, we’ll work back from print delivery or website launch in order to set dates for the supply of content, designs, testing etc.
