Domain registration/renewals
We can register a domain name on your behalf. Registering a domain name entitles you to be a domain name holder i.e. to use a domain name for an agreed time period, however, you do not become the owner of the name and if the name is not renewed, it becomes available for other potential applicants to register.
All domains registered by us for third parties are purchased as follows. We will send you a renewal notice by email approximately 60 days prior to the renewal date. If you no longer wish to renew the domain you must notify us in writing as soon as you receive this notice.

Registered initially for 2 years and set to automatically renew for 2 year periods. To cancel this 2 months written notice before the renewal date is required.

Other domain extensions are available (e.g. .website, .blog, .london). These tend to be specialised and as such, attract a premium cost. Please contact us if you’d like further information on these.
Web and email hosting
Annual hosting fee for a semi-dedicated cloud hosting platform. The cost includes an SSL certificate.

- Certification – our web servers come with Cyber Essentials certification and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems Requirements. Cyber Essentials is the UK standard for cyber security and is designed to help companies prevent cyber attacks.
- Security – new and current security issues are constantly monitored and security updates are released as soon as new attack methods become known. Our automatic security updating services means we don’t need to reboot servers for critical patches, so there is never any downtime.
- Sustainability – all the UK data centres run on renewable energy. This is checked and verified by The Green Web Foundation which is a not-for-profit organisation registered in the Netherlands.
Web hosting – £300.00 + VAT per annum OR £80.00 + VAT per quarter (standing order required).
If you wish to cancel hosting or maintenance then we require 60 days notice in writing.
Advanced Website Hosting – POA
Our semi-dedicated cloud hosting platform is a scalable service. For heavy resource usage websites, we can provide a high performance hosting solution. Cost will be specific to the individual website.
Email Hosting – £40.00 + VAT per annum per email address. Cost is based on 2GB mailbox.
Website maintenance
As with all Content Management Systems, WordPress websites and plug-ins need to be kept up to date. This will protect your website against cybersecurity attacks. We offer an annual Maintenance Package which includes checking your website on a quarterly basis and installing any updates for WordPress and plug-ins.
