We have collaborated with WDAD Communications on several recruitment website projects, so it was nice to be asked to develop their new site.
WDAD provides employer branding and talent communication expertise to organisations in the UK and around the globe to identify, target and engage with their potential employees.
The new site is image-led, it uses a masonry grid of portfolio items and award-winning campaigns to showcases WDAD’s awards and work.
LinkedIn is the main social media platform for their business and has helped WDAD build a strong professional network. A plugin is used on the homepage to display posts and content from LinkedIn.
WDAD recognise the importance of accessibility and have taken steps to make their site accessible. The accessibility plugin, used on the website, offers options including: enhancing colour contrast, changing font and text spacing, enabling voice navigation and screen readers which increases compliance with WCAG 2.1.
