Designworks has worked with Ullswater ‘Steamers’ for over ten years so it was an honour to develop their logo. The logo celebrates the ‘Steamers’ 160th anniversary with a modern design which uses a san serif font and icons to represent the ‘Steamer’ and Ullswater lake.
The main focus of the brief was to align the logos for Ullswater ‘Steamers’ and the sister company Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway. This was achieved with the circular shape to frame the logo and by using similar icons and type. We look forward to seeing the logo being used on all the company’s marketing collateral.
