We’ve refreshed our website design and development to make it more user-friendly and to improve the responsive experience. Social media and contact details are featured clearly at the top of the page. The navigation drop-down provides direct access to the pages’ content; the drop-down contains, intro text, portfolio thumbnails and a contact form. This provides browsers with access and an overview of the entire website and encourages a higher click-through rate.
The Responsive Web Design has been improved and now all images are displayed whether on desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile. Mobile phone navigation has been simplified to make it easier to click through.
The contact form has been repositioned so it’s displayed in the side column on all pages. This has had a noticeable impact and we’ve experienced an increased usage of the contact form now that it is more accessible.
